Help New Phone Slow Download Speed

So, i recently broke my previous Kyocera the screen cracked. (note i had nothing to do with that and lets end that discussion right there).

So, yesterday i bought a brand new one, and this one was only 70$, when the one i first got was 120$ .__.

Now, on my old phone i could Download Big Apps really fast, Facebook etc. Now on my new Rise Facebook is downloading slow. after leaving it sit for 34 minutes i come back to it being 5mb/14.. Now that's not right.. i switched on my old phone and downloaded Facebook faster then my new one!

Anyone ever have this problems or know how to help? :l.

try updating prl in system settings
