"new" phone to me, already rooted

I'm familiar with rooting an X, but I just bought an used one on ebay that was already rooted. (only phone i could find that didnt have the lastest OTA updates, unless a root method was established for 4.5.621 that I couldn't find).

my new phone is rooted and running liquid.smooth ICS. Heres the info.
Android Version: 4.0.4
Kernal Version: 2.6.32.9-g1282440
CPU: ARMv7 Processor rev 2 (v7l)
Mod Version: liquid.smooth.070412.193550
Build Date: 7/4/12
Build number: Liquid ICS v1.6 Beta 1

My question(s) is this:
I want to sbf back to the system version before .621, but I'm not sure what my current phone is running, so I dont know what to download. Can anyone tell me from what I posted?

I have jrummy's ROM Toolbox Pro and overclock and some other apps for root from two phones ago, so I'm looking to sbf back to a version that I can utilize those apps and ROMS.

Sorry that i dont remember what I was running two phones ago. I know that would have helped out a lot more. :/

thanks for the help.
