Got my incredible stolen from me today 
as well as $80. Need to get a new phone soon for contacting reasons, but I would like to wait some time for a better phone to be released as none out now look too amazing.
I really have no idea where to go, I am looking for any advice/opinions regarding any of these questions:
Could anyone explain to me the uses of dual-core processors now? And in the near future? And is there any way to test where I get 4g coverage? As I spend most of my time using my phone at my school. A couple important features that I am looking for include Netflix, mobile hotspot, and a good dev community.

And If i decide not to get another Inc I may be sending my 2 spare batteries to anyone who helps me the most
