updated prl,

speedtest app shows that im much slower. not hitting 5mbps like i was before yet when i tether the connection and downloaded something my speeds were about as fast as my home network which is 6mbps.

Working nice for me tampa area I'm up 4 up and 4 down constantly
Used to be 3's

works better for me to , in the Venice / Sarasota Area
