Help New problem w/VZW Note4 WI-FI & SMS/MMS just developed

Over the last week my previously flawless Verizon Note 4 started having some issues. All of a sudden, it is difficult to get on various WiFi sites, and/or it will show I'm on WiFi and I am unable to load any data or get on a website. My messaging either through the phone's default texting or a professional app.'s texting shows "failure to send". Sometimes despie this the message gets sent.

Has anyone else experienced this/these problem(s), or have any ideas?

I have not experienced it but some thoughts on possible solutions to try.
1. Clear Phone's cache.
2. Clear WiFi data or if that is not possible, clear the WiFi APs that are causing the problem and re-find them.
