Has anybody else noticed the new pop up menu in the lower right corner? If you hold your finger in the lower corner a cool fan menu pops up!!

Can you post a screenshot?
I'm not seeing anything new,or,anything actually that resembles what you describe.

The only time I see a fan menu is when the S-Pen is removed.....

It's prolly from that DU Battery App on your phone.
That app is CRAPWARE/MALWARE,seriously.
The company behind it is notorious for snooping around on your phone,with the list of permissions granted,you may as well send them your phone unlocked:

Identity

• find accounts on the device

Contacts

• find accounts on the device

Phone

• read phone status and identity

Photos/Media/Files

• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
• read the contents of your USB storage

My advice: uninstall IMMEDIATELY...............
You're killing your battery w/this app & most/all other similar apps do the same.

Glad to hear it.
The devs/companies behind these apps are snake-oil salespeople.
Another that was popular for some time was the folks behind GO Launcher.
Very popular,but,as folks begun to take notice of what they were up to (snooping,in a word),they've lost some of their popularity,much as Yahoo came & went.
Bottom line:
On install & updates,ALWAYS check the permissions granted.
If it sounds like a bit much,trust your intuition & keep the warez off your phone.

Best advice ever!! My battery lasted so much longer today!! I have had that app for quite some time and just figured I was using my phone too much..lol Thanks again!!
