Root new radio combo?

ok so i cant get my 3g to work on boost, it stays on 1x every once and a while it say 3g for a couple seconds but my speed test still says 118/112 i took a road trip from detroit to tennesse and back again and watched the whole time so i know it is not the location. i downloaded the latest radio and wimax combo and i was just wonering if there is a guide for the install.. and if it will help i also went through all the setting steps allready to try and fix my 3g i am currently running mikg with aggressive freedom kernel any help would be appreciated

Have you tried updating PRL/Profile? That can help with many data issues.

You will need to be on a sense-based ROM to do this.

yes i have tried it all i think i need to update my radio because it is like 5 or 6 back, i need to know the correct procedure to install the radio wimax pri nv combo
