New S3

The wife got her a nice deal from Vzw on the blue S3 today. I'm kinda jealous now. I'll be getting me another phone come December.

So if she have any questions or problems, I'll be the goto guy and come here to get answers. :smokingsomb:

I'm looking to drop Verizon and would like to get a Nexus 5 but it may come further down the road. Since my contract ends next month, I'm leaning towards an LG Optimus F6 or similar phone and use it with T-mobile prepaid.

The nexus 5 is nice. I'm still debating on that or the note 3. I'm leaning to the nexus. T-Mobile pp is a lot cheaper then vzw. I haven't heard to much about the f6 but the phone looks like it has some cool features.

We was out looking at phones Sunday and I played with the F6 for a bit and it was pretty fast & responsive. I believe it has only been out about 6 months or so. Those Notes are a little to big for my taste as a phone, I already have a Samsung Tab 2 and I can use Google Voice with Talkatone to make calls if need be, using wifi of course.

Tmobile have one PP for $30 a month with 100 talk minutes, unlimited text & data, but they throttle the data when you reach your data amount. I think I can deal with the 100 talk minutes since I'm not a big talker and use GV with Talkatone installed. So I'm looking at doing this deal.

The f6 has only been out a couple of months. The screen size on the note 3 is pretty big. That's why I was kinda leaning to the n5 i am getting the new Samsung tab 3 in the next wk or so. The T-Mobile pp aren't bad I don't talk much either so thats a good deal I use a lot of data and idk if I could deal with the throttling.

I don't know what phones people need, but as a service provider I sure recommend Virgin Mobil USA everything unlimited at $55+local taxs a month.;)

Not bad! I use to use Virgin and liked them. There not bad. When I used them the last mth I received an email about throttling data after 2 gbs. Do they actually do that?

I can't give you any input about that item,as i only use my WiFi from home on computers or tablets for any data or video transferring. The S3 is just used for messaging e-mail storing pictures, and yes as a phone.:)

Gotcha! I use WiFi at home but when I'm not here I use mobile data and well can use a lot of it. I have sprint now with the unlimited and the service in my area is not bad. They have been doing upgrades so I actually have been getting LTE in most areas!
