Help new samsung app for sgs

some app called comedy time showed up in sam app store offering free comedy clips i think sammy releases an app a month for galaxy s well i am downloading its currently showing 30 40 clips lets see hmm
 
just downloaded that after I saw this post
yeah , seems like it's an ok application, but am not sure why would Samsung put an app for a show called comedy time ... wouldn't that better go to the market ?
