New SD Card

I have AmericanAndroin SD on my HTC HD2. I am changing from an 8gb to 16gb card. To copy the files across to the new card can i use explorer on my pc, are there hidden files that will not copy?

Copy everything over as is and it will work fine. I have done it multiple times.
