Help New Shift owner here with question about my backup pro

I just switched to the shift from the moment, my question is can I use my backup pro to restore my apps from my moment to my shift? thanks

I wouldn't restore apps from a backup on a new phone.
I think you should start over so you won't get any trouble later.

im waiting for ups guy to bring my shift today. i was wondering if mybackup pro from my evos back up will restore on this shift..... it didnt work on my evo to epic.
