So today I decided to put the newer Sim card in the phone thinking that it might improve download speeds. I had a note 2, traded that in for the note 4 and used the old sim. Had 4G LTE with no problems. After deciding to try the newer sim, I only got 4G. I live in nyc so I know it wasn't the phone. If I had it before, why don't I have it now? I called t mobile and reactivated the old sim.
