Hello All,
I have an LG X Power with Virgin Mobile.
Just received a new system update this morning, 6/20/2017. No indication about patch level or any name or label.
Anyone else applied this?
Rob
----------------------
Update:
Applying the patch took about 38 minutes for me, with 87 apps to upgrade.
Afterwards, it appears the patch changed 3 items in my phones software status.
1 (Android Security Patch Level)
2017-03-01 -> 2017-06-01
2 (Kernel version)
3.18.22 -> 3.18.22+
3 (Software version)
LS755ZV7 -> LS755ZV8
Notes: On first reboot many non-Google apps appeared to be nonfunctional and icons appeared as generic Android Icon. After two more reboots all icons returned to normal and apps function now.
Also, an unusual warning message has appeared twice.
Safety Warning. X-Power's back cover and battery are non-removleable...
-------------------------
Curious if anyone else has something to report.
Rob
