new tablet user

Hi, I am a new user just got a superpadIII for XMAS and have no instructions except for a small 2 page so called user manual, that says nothing except I can click "file browser" on the main menu, select "ROM" to veiw the user manuals. This is a bit hard as I can't seem to find the "file browser" to start with so therefore I can't find user manuals. Can anyone tell me what I am doing. Help.
