Dear all,

As mentioned in the subject, I don't have any experience in android as well as java. Basically I have experience in VB6 development, electronics & microcontroller development etc.

I have installed everything that is necessary for android development. I am referring some books/tutorials for this. But as a newbie I have so many doubts in my mind, and thus reached to this forum after some googling.

I hope I will get my answers in this forum and this site will prove as a good starting point for me and many others.

Regards.

Welcome to the forums!

I myself am an Android and Java neophyte. I finished my install of the SDK and whatnot recently. I've hit the point that I think it's time to actually jump on in.

The nice thing is this place, as well as some other Android forums are a great wealth of knowledge.
