Help New to Android and I have a few Q's

How do I get the phone back into "storage" mode or w/e its called while its connected to my PC? The only way I know of is by unplugging it and plugging the mini-USB back into it, but I don't wanna have to do that when the phone is recharging.

Thx! Just got this phone last night so I'm still trying to get the hang of it (first android device, first smartphone ever.)

edit: oh, and do I *really* have to unplug the phone when its done charging? Seems kinds a stupid...

Depends on what you want to do while charging. If you are already in storage mode, the phone is still being charged. If not, yeah you have to remove and connect back the USB cable.

I don't think you need to remove the charger after its fully charged.

If your phone connect in MTP mode you do have access to the files. And no, you don't need to unplug the phone when fully charged.

It's better to unplug the phone upon reaching full charge to avoid heat build-up. Charging leaves deposits in the electrolyte that reduces the battery efficiency over time. The same applies to laptop lithium-ion batteries.
