Hi All, just wanted to say HI, and I am loving my android, using an HTC desire HD, sweet bit of kit.
Anyhow, not sure if I am meant to post my text error message here, but here goes... since getting my phone (2 months ago), I have received a few text mesages only with 2 symbols (looks like and & sign and a strange G symbol), but it doesnt have any text to it, and if I open the message my text message program crashes. And had to do a system restore and start again.
Since then I have realised I can delete the email before opening it. BUT... the last time I received the message, I deleted it and whilst deleting my text message program crashed! I really dont wanna keep having to format/restart my phone each time I get this stupid virus type text message, so my question is has anyone had or seen this fault, and does anyone know how to stop it once and for all, or some kinda fix?
