Help New to Android & Galaxy Tab

All I am new to both Android Honeycomb and the Galaxy 10 tab. Are there links that can help me understand Honeycomb more, rooting, what side loading is and widgets more? Also am I limited to one Android app store? I am coming from iOS so looking forward to a new world )
