Came from a BB storm2 and now have a droid x... reason I switched it bc my phone kept shutting off itself.. now i'm having the same issues with this new phone .. any suggestions?
 
welcome! i also came from a BB (8330 curve) to the X. sorry to hear you're ahving trouble. check out the Xs thread for any help. someone better qualified than me can help you there. good luck!
 
i swear i had add bc i keep jumping from one forum to the next trying to get a better sense of this awesome phone!
i will try to look some more.. although i did call vzw and the rep said it will happen periodically at first but if it happens more often than not then i should bring it in for a replacement? (which i hope I don't have to since i already bought the zagg screen protector on this one!)
