@Aminur

What carrier you on,so we can narrow down the device ?

I m a public health researcher (medical doctor),currently conducting a research in field site. In my country wifi is limted accessible, but GPRS covered most of my country. So, I priority list: can use my email as like outlook or something easy like that; eg: typing mail, sending attachment from office docs (that means USB device should be readle) , reading all office format docs including pdf. GPS is needed. Browsing should be user friendly, If skype & word dictionary is in that set, it would be nice. And a resonabley wide memory. These are at least I want.
Thaks

And AGAIN, you STILL haven't told us what carrier you are with...

can use my email as like outlook or something easy like that

ANY android phone can get email from ANY email type.

eg: typing mail, sending attachment from office docs (that means USB device should be readle)

Again, any android can do this. And I have no clue what "readle" means.

reading all office format docs including pdf.

Again, ALL android phones can do this.

GPS is needed

Once again, ALL android phones can do this.

I could be wrong but from what I'm seeing I think #1 this person is using a translator and may be misunderstanding you. And #2 is not with a carrier but trying to find what would be the best phone for the features they are stating.

If I'm wrong I apologize.

^This - not with a carrier we know. The language is most probably not an issue - especially if from India as I strongly suspect from the name.

Hi Aminur,

I think we want to narrow your search to GPRS devices popular to many international services, especially with your dual SIM preference.

Am I correct?

I think many of us are perhaps unfamiliar with dual-sim phones but can speak to your other preferences.

You are doing great and necessary work and we applaud that.

Your GPRS requirements suggest a phone such as the Samsung i7500 or the HTC Tattoo might serve you - upon your verification of our understanding we can work together to confirm models available to you.

Many Android phones can use the QuickOffice app - it allows reading of Microsoft Office documents with some limitations - the fully paid app has no obvious restrictions.

Easy typing of email and using attachments is typically no issue directly from the Android phone.

Also - many connection types using what we Android guys refer to a "tether" may ease the connection between phone and PC to use the phone as a kind of modem to allow you to transmit your information from your PC using your normal email. Note that this may not be as fast as some broadband connection, but might give you all of the service features you require.

PDF reading is not an issue.

How extensive are your Skype requirements? Skype is very much in a state of change at this time for the mobile phone community - please help us understand from this possible selection: just text - also Skype voice - Skype audio - any other Skype requirements?

No one has intention of making your straightforward request difficult, simply, many users would need some clarification to provide some suggestions.

Our forum is not limited to only American responders / users, such as myself, and may include many here from the US or from elsewhere that can assist in recommendations correct for you.
