New to Android

Have had my EVO since mid-Dec. Stayed stock until the 27th.
Rooted, easy enough, with 3.70 and hboot 2.10. Started flashing ROMS same day and have settled on MIK-Froyo 4.2. Using netarchy-toastmod-4.3-havs-more-sbc-universal kernal.

The most I have ever previously done to a phone was install a theme on my old blackberry curve.

Finding that I really enjoy the development aspect of the Android OS. Am looking to get into the App development side of the house soon (as a beginner ofcourse).

I got into app dev the same way, starting having fun with tinkering and rooting then started learning Android and Java :)
 
Yeah I am definitely looking to get started with writing apps, or possibly look into developing ROMS. 2 different beast I know, but a broader scope with the ROMS to paly with (and screw up)
