Hello! I'm new to android, new to smartphone to be more accurate.
And in urgent need of help as my Samsung S3 is racking up mobile data charges even after the connectivity settings for that have been disabled. :dontknow:

You can check inside your device's area of support http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s3/, or contact your service provider on what is going on - maybe they might have a solution for you. Either way...I hope you'll find a way to fix this.
