New To Android

hi guys, well I did it, I now have my new Galaxy Note 2. I switched from an iPhone 4s, and I'm loving it so far. Can anyone tell me if there's a good site to find cracked apps, and is it easier to do if you're rooted?
are there any "must have" Android apps that I should know about?

The best place to get cracked apps is nowhere. It's a practice that violates the developer's copyright and in many cases is piracy. It's not something we discuss at Android Forums.
