Hi all. Firstly, please accept my apologies if this has been covered dozens of times before but I am new to Android coming over from an IPad and I am a bit confused.
I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10 with 16gb onboard memory and a 16gb ext sd card. My main use is photo's and downloading and storing magazines subscriptions and books. Mags through Pocketmags App and books through Kindle App.
What seems to be happening is that the Pocketmags App and my downloaded magazines are taking up a huge amount of space when compared to how much it took up on my Ipad. I had my photo's and my mags on the onboard sd card and I ran out of space so it just stopped in the middle of downloading a magazine. I honestly thought that the 'overflow would just go to the ext sd card but that doesn't seem to be the case. If I clear the Pocketmags App cache will I lose all of my downloaded magazines?
Am I doing something wrong or should I have purchased a larger capacity Tab even though my uses for it are pretty simple. Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated.
