New to Droid Eris - existing BB user

I am a current bb user looking to upgrade. i don't like the new OS 5 on the BB. I think I am going to get an Eris. What info do I need to know about? I work for an IT company with an exchange server that I will need to sync with.

Suggestions on what accessories to get?
