Hi all, I got a Sprint HTC Hero about a week ago, and have been playing with it ever since. I really appreciate this forum for andriod phones. It has helped me A LOT with saving battery life and which of many apps to use, such as Advanced Task Killer (great app)

Im still looking over the threads but i was curious if anyone knew a specific or round about date for the release of Eclair 2.0 for the Sprint Hero. I heard HTC was going to release it soon just working out kinks with the Sense UI.

Again, I am new to smart phones in general, but have been scoping them out since the release of the Samsung Blackjack.. haha i know i know.. But thanks again for this site. It has made the transistion to smart phones an easy and understandable process. (its also nice to hear from people that make no money on a deal when they give you information. this type of info i feel like i can trust)
