New to the Android Galaxy

I have a new Android Galaxy 3 and I am prompted to redial the phone numbers I am trying to dial. Why is this happening. I have looked all through the options and I can not figure out what to change. Can someone help me with this please?

Are you saying like when you receive a phone call you are prompted to redial them and you want to turn that notification off or?
