Root New to the Inc 2, just a few questions

I have read the stickies on downgrading, as well as rooting. I just have a few questions:

-1) How often does a person have major issues rooting the Inc 2? It seems more risky that the original Incredible, seeing as you need ADB.
-2) Do people put out the stock ROMs for the Incredible 2? I only searched briefly, but didn't find them. I'd like to keep 2.3.4 on my phone, so I was hoping I could re-flash a ROM of it. (BTW, did anything come from the 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 update?)
-3) Can I use UnrEVOked to root?
-4) Is there anything different between using a rooted Incredible 2 and original Incredible?

Thanks guys, this phone is great.

1) I had no problems downgrading to 2.3.3 then rooting. This was my first attempt at rooting a phone. Worked great the first try.

2) I don't recall what it was called but I know I saw stock ROMs on XDA forums. Why do you want to stay with 2.3.4? There are good ROMs running 2.3.5 and Sense 3.0.

3) My understanding is you have to use Revolutionary. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.

4) This I can't help with. I've never owned the original Incredible.

I tend to stick with the stock ROMs. I like Sense, and actually am not a huge fan of Sense 3.

I just hate all the bloatware, and want free tethering. Also, I really like the UOT Kitchen and similar apps, and being able to try different radios and add different flashable tweaks. I root for freedom, not for ROMs.

So, there aren't flashable stock roms? I just know with the Original Incredible, any time Verizon or HTC put out any update, big or small, someone made it flashable. also, there were Add-Ons to get, like removing the GPS Crosshairs from the status bar (really nice, actually), or holding the volume rocker up or down to skip music tracks. This stuff isn't around yet?

Okay, Cool. I think I got confused, though. If I downgrade to 2.3.3 and root with S-Off, I can then flash any RUU I want, without losing S-Off, right? That's what it's like for the Original Incredible. I'll just need to reflash Clockwork and Super User.

Once you root and get S-Off you will not lose it by flashing a different ROM. Likewise, you should not loose CWM or SU after flashing a new ROM. I've tried three different ROMS and never had to reload these.
