Hello,
Like a lot of you, my Verizon NE2 is up. I'm using a BlackBerry Storm 1 and am so tired of this 20th Century interface. After a lot of research I've decided to wait for the HTC Incredible to come to Verizon because I like Verizon's great coverage, reception, and customer service. My main issue is the android OS calendar: Weak and stupid. Strong words, I know. but I've gotten used to seeing category icons in the Month view: First with Iambic's Agendus for the old Palm OS, and now using Webis's Pocket Informant for BlackBerry. Once you've gotten used to seeing your entire month's schedule at a glance, it's VERY hard to give it up...and I have 3 jobs, so I really need it. But I am intrigued by all the other capabilities of the Android OS, so I'm willing to go with the Pure Grid calendar widget which at least gives you categories as colored bars in the month view.
Anyway, glad you're all here. I need a daily dose of community support to keep waiting for my HTC Incredible!
