Help NEW Update for ACE PDA:KC1 avaliable thru kies PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

After downloading latest version of Kies from samsung site i got to know there is is an update to Ace Version PDA:KC1 / PHONE:KC1 /CSC:KC1 but when i download to update it says Permission problem and stops ? Any Idea Why cause it might improve the performance of device i guess. Awaiting reply
