Help New Update?

I am receiving an annoying prompt wanting me to update to 24.21.3 en US. Does anyone know what this is and if I update should I expect any problems?

It would help if we knew what device you have as well as your carrier and current Android version. That number isn't ringing any bells.

Sure. It's a Motorola Moto X Pure Edition and I'm with Verizon. I just bought it and activated it yesterday and the specs said it was 6.0 so i have no idea. Thanks

If you're on Android 6.0 my guess is that it's an update to 6.0.1, or a security update from Motorola.

The XPE came with 5.x out of the box new. Current is 6.0 with May 2016 Security patch.
Motorola said that they were going to do quarterly updates instead of monthly but I think Lenovo is dropping the ball on that.
Probably skip 6.0.1 and hopefully go to 7.
