Hi all,
Actually, I *may* have been here before, but in that case I must have forgotten my login credentials, as I couldn't retrieve them. Sorry about that, should this be the case.
I'm a 2 year android user now, I've used an LG Eve until earlier this year, when I swapped to a Samsung Galaxy S Plus. (To be honest, I tried to upgrade the Eve and wrecked it.
Was a great phone, never gave me trouble)
I guess it's safe to say that use my "S Plus" phone a lot & occasionally even use it to place a phone call, therefor I more or less end-up charging my phone every night. It's down to some 30 to 50% by the time I plug it in (not enough to last the next day, so I figure I best charge it then).
Actually, I was looking on the web, for some insight on possible battery life improvements, when I saw a post from this forum, which more less said: "Thou shallt not install battery saving apps", as they tend to use more power then they save.
Ok, that's fair enough.
When reading the threads, I get the reasoning behind the idea...
But I'll be digging around the forum a bit to see if I can "get smart" on this topic. Feel free to toss me a tip or a bone every now & then.
Thanks & cheers,
Harry D.
