HI, Im new to android phones and can't wait to go out and get mine! I am going to get a tab and a phone so antone whe knows anything about tethering get in touch!!!!! prob going to get the asus eee pad transformer and galxy s2 . . .

can't wait to get started! been walking in and out of the shops for 2 weeks now making my mind up!

Tethering is going to be dependent on your carrier. Many are charging a fee to unlock tethering on the device. If your carrier does not, it should be built into any 3G/4G android device running 2.2 or higher.
