Hi everybody

I got yesterday my 16 GB Flytouch 3 and since then I try to make it work right. My biggest headache (amongst others) is when it crashes in the shut down process.
Is freezes in the "Power off" screen ... there is the shutting down animation goes on and on .. and on .. till the battery drains out.
The Power on/off button is not working at this stage, the small hole next to the Power button is obviously decorative (and not hard reset button as it looks like) and there is no way to remove the battery so .. it will shut down.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

The hard reset is on the bottom of the unit. If you're looking at it with the camera on the top, look on the bottom for a pin-hole.

Also, as a fix, try updating your firmware. There is an official ROM and a custom ROM(that works) available from here as well as apad.tv

Where is the 10.1 version of Adobe Flash Player that will play on our Pad's? It was not perloaded on mine. I have FT 3/SP2, 2.2 and 512/4GB

Thanks a lot for the hard reset :-)

I download now the update 3 but i am not sure how to install it since my microSD is "Read only" no matter what I do (and the unlock switch on the adapter doesn't seem to do the job).

I downloaded the update directly on my FT3, unzipped and moved the files to the root of the SD all directly from my FT3. I didn't format the card or anything I just used the browser(and download any files app) to get the zip then unzipped it via Astro file manager and moved the files via Astro as well. Everything was pretty easy. Just remember to remove your SD card after the update finishes.
