New User to Tablet

Hello,
I received the item I ordered from PandaWill below, but I'm confused about a couple of things.
1. The user manual says M70003 Series is this the same thing as what I ordered: 1 x Qpad 7 Inch Tablet PC Android 1.6 WIFI Support Flash Drive Silver(sku10207)
2. The product description says Office software: Document to Go is included in the apps and it is not? I mainly purchased it so I could read Word documents when I try to open them I get a message "Presence of an SD card is required by Documents To Go. Plase insert a card and try again"
3. It is asking me to install an SD Card to read my Word Documents what version of this card do I buy please?
4. How come I can't get anything to work or read do I need the SD card?
5. Also it asking for APN settings, firewall setings app permissions are configured appropriately?

The M70003 is one of many Chinese knock-off tablets currently available for sale. Unfortunately there is very little support or documentation available for some of these tablets.

Documents to Go is available in the Android market though your tablet may not have the market app installed on it. It's also available through the new Amazon App Store...
