Help New user

I just bought a s7 active, last phone was s4. Here is my dilemma,
I have a trailcam that I use to watch my colony of feral cats and I use a bone view usb2.0 card reader to see the videos through fine manager. I had no problem doing this on the s4 but on the s7 active it says it cannot read the audio. There is no audio. I can see thumbnails if I move the files to the Google Drive but still cannot run the videos. What am I doing wrong? Can you help?

Well you can download a different video player and see if that works. VLC and KMPlayer are both available for Android.

I agree. I've had good luck with VLC.

Good Morning, I downloaded VLC and I'm now able to view the video shots. Thank you for your help!
