I am a new android phone user, who has just been dragged screaming into the 21st century with a Galaxy Ace 2 phone. And i am still trying to find out how it works, plus how i can add apps to help me.

Welcome to the forums. We will be happy to help you around using android. To get apps, you visit the play store. Just tap on the app and you can browse hundreds of thousands of apps there.
