new with android

I bought this monstrous thinking that it will help my life.. wronggg. yesterday, after two month of purchased I needed to "force formatting" lost all my contacts. now I am new again.

it eats all the batteryu very soon, does not want to shut the applications. Of course, there are good parts, i can listen to my musics, but answering a phone call.. forget it. now when somebody calls me, it rings FOUR TIMES until it get the signal to my devise...
what else... I am stuck I did not buy a insurance.

ahh pictures are beautiful, but how do you organize them, how do you create an album to do dropbox??? I can take pictures out of my dropbox and then will go to my laptop, but how do i transfer to my computer.. btw, my computer does not read the android ( called moustrous by now)

1) If you don't want to lose your contacts, next time make sure you save all your contacts under your google account. That way, when you factory reset or buy a new android phone, it will automatically sync up your contacts with your google account.

2) There are ways to conserve battery. Here's a link that may help

3) As far as calls ringing four times before you recieve it on your device, is concern, that probably has more to do with your carrier delay in connecting your call than the fault of your phone.

4) To create an album, you need to create a folder on your SD card. You can download an app called astro (a file manager) to create folders and move pictures in them. I don't know anything about dropbox though.

5) What kind of computer do you have? Usually, you just have to connect it to the comp and it will recognize. Sometimes you might have to switch your USB connection to 'Disk Drive'.
