Hi, I just got my X10 and its just a bundle of issues atm.
1. The keyboard becomes unresponsive after the phone has been on for 3 minutes. I can still use the touchscreen but the back button, menu button etc are completely unlit and unresponsive. I have to turn the phone on and off again.
2. The phone refuses to update. I have PC Companion 2.0 and have followed the steps EXACTLY around 30 times. When I place the power cable into the phone as I hold down the back button it just turns on as per normal and wants /can mount. The PC companion doesn't even register I am doing anything.
3. The phone tells me I have no Sim or Memory card in the phone even though I do. I can make calls etc but it is telling me I don't.
At the moment it is on the way to the tech guys to be checked. I hope they do find something wrong with it or I basically have a useless brick that can only be used for 3 mins.
