Help new yuphoria phone ask for restore

I brought new youphoria. After doing primary setup, I faced a question that "Restore from" >>Set up as a new device >> YU 501 (Last used 3 days ago)..

My question is that >> is it used device or it may happen.

A Micromax phone, I assume you're in India. Could be anything, 3 days from the last time it was power-up, ex demonstration model, customer return, powered up at the factory during testing. Was the packaging manufacturer/Micromax sealed when you first got it, or open, maybe resealed?
