I am not only new to this forum, but to Android phones & the platform in general. I bought my first smartphone about a week ago, and it's Samsung's Galaxy Ace. So far my experience with it has been absolutely wonderful. If there is one thing I would change about it, it is the battery's performance... I use Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, and Spotify on it daily, so obviously the constant mobile broadband connection takes its toll on the battery. A car charger is a necessity.
Anyway, I am glad to be here, and eager to learn all I can about Android and my phone in particular.
