If you are talking about sync'ing to an Exchange server, you phone will do that with the proper credentials for your account. But it might be specific to yur phone model. Better to ask in the forum for the phone you own.
If you are talking about sync'ing to a desktop outlook client, it's really not the way to go about sync'ing. You could purchase products like touchdown, but I would recomment exporting your contacts to a .csv file and importing them into your gmail contacts. And, you can sync your calendar to Google calendar. We can help you with that if you'd like.
