'Hi' have been directed to this site by the nice, helpful guys at GiffGaff:saint:. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 which has decided it is not going to recognise it's SIM anymore. I have tried the 'flight-mode' trick and even resorted to a reset but unfortunately no joy:dontknow: Am just looking to see if any clever bods have any other possible solutions before I have to resort to returning it to the retailer and the wait for repair or replacement and the separation anxiety

Hello and welcome Kimb63!
Perhaps power down, remove the simcard, power back up, wait until a full bootup, then power down. Reinsert the simcard, then power back up?
