Hi Guys,

32 years in the computer business you think I would know better, right?
1. Bought a Apple iPhone 2 years ago 3gs because EVERYBODY was.
2. Our IT director said HTC HD2 . . . I still am giving him S_ _ _T about that one.
3. Bought a Samsung Galaxy Vibrant I LOVE THIS PHONE.
4. I did a RAM Froyo 2.29 FLASH myself to the HTC HD2 cause I got tired of using it as a tethering phone. It's good hardware but WINDOWS is for PC's. NOW I GOT WINDOWS OFF OF THE PHONE. IT WORKS GREAT (eats battery) bu works great.
5. I like the 2.29 on the HTC but I can't figure out how to install ringtones??

Welcome to the forums

If you want to use your own ringtones, you need to create a folder on your SD Card called ringtones and put the tunes in there. Now, when you try to assign a ringtone, it should appear in the list.
