Newbie: here for some help

Hello Android users,

I am new to this forum & its my first post on an android forum or any forum related to smart phones in this matter.

I posted a help/support question but just removed it to another place in the forum, following the guidelines.

Since not all phones are available on all carriers, I have to ask if you've decided on a carrier or are flexible? Generally it's best to go with the better coverage before the better device.
