I am new to the "smart phone". So I got a Lg Motion through Metro PCS. Good deal and plan. BUT, I can't use short codes. What is up with this? I called metro and they did something to my hone, or so they say. Had me dial *228 when we ended our call and restarted this "smart phone". She said the issue should have resolved..Not..Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
