Hi, just got myself my first Hero. I had planned to join a forum anyway, also because I'm a Mac-user and gathered that Hero and Mac do not go together that well.
But now I had speed up joining because I ran into major problems getting the Hero to work. I hope someone can help (HTC support is not being helpful...). I'll post the question on another thread, not on introductions
