newbie looking for ideas

I installed an apps manager to classify (and organize) my various widgets, but then what do I do with all of the seven screens so they don't look so blank? I have seen some of others screen shots, and many have nice full screen apps. Where did you get them? I am not interested in major software programming (pre-kitchen?). Any ideas on apps an such? Thanks in advance.....
