newbie needs basic help samsung note 10.1

Hi,

I need to make notes and attach photos somewhere but not sure how to or which is the best way of doing this. I have lots of clients I teach and this library will continue to grow so will need lots of space, alphabetical order ideally so I can find each pupil quickly and have a profile of each of them.

How would you do this and what would you use?
