newbie needs ur help

Please help. I ave a Ace 2 GT-18160 and i can't get BBM on it. I also would like to update it but it keep saying no updates available. I don't no much about phones but i can work my way around

That's strange because I have the same cellphone and It is compatible (I just check). Are you sure you have an Ace 2? Do you have Jelly Bean? It requires Android 4.0 and up-

If you have an Ace 2 GT-18160 with Jelly Bean installed then something must be wrong with Play store that it is not detecting your Android version and device.

What is jelly bean? Can i download from the app store as well??
